What we grow

Two main crops, one full season

Mango and sweet potato are what we do at scale. Around them we ship grapes, potatoes, carrots, onions, lettuce and cabbage as the calendar allows.

From field to port

Four stages, one chain of custody

Every carton we ship can be traced back through each of these stages to the field block it came from.

01

Farming

Own land and long-term contracted growers in the Delta and Nubaria, with agreed varieties and spray programmes.

02

Sorting & packing

Graded by size, colour and defect at the packhouse, then packed to your carton or bin specification.

03

Cold chain

Pre-cooled and held at crop-specific temperature — sweet potato is cured before it enters cold storage.

04

Shipping

Loaded into reefer containers with documents cleared, sailing from Alexandria or Damietta.

Who we are

A farming family that learned to export

Ebaid Fresh Fruit started in the field, not in an office. Three generations of growing taught us that an export box is only as good as the block it came from.

Today we handle the whole line ourselves — planting plan, harvest timing, packhouse, cold chain and documents — so importers deal with one accountable partner instead of four.
